Cancellation Procedure
Requesting a Cancellation:
Cancellations must be communicated through designated company channels or authorized representatives via email. Please contact our 24×7 Operations Team via email, providing the booking reference, airline PNR, ticket number and the reason for cancellation.
Timeline and Fees:
Timeline and fees are subject to the terms & conditions of the respective airlines and the fare rules for the ticket issued.
Refunds:
Refund requests will be processed to the original form of payment, after deducting applicable cancellation fees and service charges. The timing may vary depending on the airline and refunds will be processed after receiving the same from the respective airline.
No-Show:
Failure to notify us of cancellation and non-appearance for the flight will result in forfeiture of the full fare as per the no-show policy agreed upon and subject to the airline terms.
Flight Cancellations and Delays by the Airline:
Should the airline cancel or significantly delay a flight, we will assist in arranging alternative travel solutions or provide a full refund as per the airline’s policy.
Corporate Account Management:
We recommend that clients regularly review their travel policies and communicate any changes in travel approval processes to CoreFares to ensure seamless service.
Customer Responsibilities
Verify that cancellation requests are submitted by authorized personnel only via email to CoreFares.
Ensure understanding and compliance with the travel insurance provisions that might cover cancellation costs.
Legal Compliance and Amendments
This policy complies with the legal frameworks governing business transactions and travel booking within India. CoreFares reserves the right to modify this policy, with updates promptly communicated to all corporate clients.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this policy will be handled through mediation or as stipulated in the service agreement between CoreFares and the Client.
